For this series, we first edited the pictures we already took and added filters and text. I didn't really use filters, but I did use the clone stamp, color replacement, and free transform tools. I also changed the brightness, saturation, and hues. For a lot of them I used both photoshop and picmonkey. In picmonkey, I used most of the edits that are supposed to be for faces (for example, the blemish fix and airbrush tools.) I know that these pictures don't look great nor perfectly edited, but that's sort of the point.
Nice job Grace. I like the photo that started out as Sabrina's face and now is just stripes of skin color. The way your edited it was really cool and it makes you wonder what the image really is. It's an intriguing experience. I also like that the base of the image is black and white and the overlay is in color, but only one color tone.
ReplyDeleteGrace! i LOVE the workaholics picture. not only because i like the show but i feel like the placement of the picture is nice and it does look like something that would be on the show.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos Grace! I absolutely love the humor you put into your photos, they really make your photos unique! I really like the photo of Islas and the one of my "face". Knowing Islas and his personality, the text/wording you chose fit his personality and the mood of the photo perfectly! The placement and font were also very good too. And for the picture of my "face", I had no idea that was me until you told me! It's super interesting and a really cool technique. Great work!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on this set of photos, Grace! I think you did a great job with all the filters and the words. My favorite photo is definitely the last one, it looks sort of like pop-art which is really cool! Keep it up!
