For the second part of this series, I really wanted to focus on more simplistic, less crowded collages. I also wanted to make them black and white to make the elements of each one stand out. I mainly just used the magazines that were here at school. I wanted to try something different.
Nice photos grace! I like how all your photos are in black in white, making your set flow well. My favorite is your first photo because it looks as if there is a story behind it. I also like how you have allowed some space in your collage, making the collage more bold. Great job!
ReplyDeleteGood job this week! This set is a real improvement from last week. It's really cool that all of the collages are in black and white so they make one cohesive set. I like the way you used lots of different ideas and pictures to create these collages. Keep working on creating a story through them. The last one is cool because you can see the timeline of the runner, which does show a story.
ReplyDeleteI like your collages! The black and white was really unique and added a lot to the photo. I also like how you incorperated words and scenes in you collage. Good work.
ReplyDeleteGrace,
ReplyDeleteNice collages! I really like the use of black and white so the colors don't draw attention from the story told by the collages. Try experimenting more and see what comes of it. Good Work!
Really cool collages Grace! They're super fun and interesting to look at. Although they are simple, they have a lot of elements to them that bring the collage together to convey a certain emotion/feel to them. It was a good idea to put them in black and white, it really helps to focus on the pure elements of the collage. My favorite is the third because it all ties in together to tell a story. Keep it up!
ReplyDeleteWow grace these collages are PHENOMENAL!!! the whole set feels really cohesive because of your use of black and white on the photos. I also like how the collages had a theme especially the last one the one about the runner. overall great work KEEP IT UP!
ReplyDeleteWow, these collages are awesome!
ReplyDeleteTheres not much else to say good job!
your set this week is way better then last weeks. the set is more put together.and tells more of a story. next time push yourself a little more, but great job!
ReplyDeleteThese are amazing collages Grace! I love the color scheme you used, and especially the spacing in the photos that make them look as if it's from an old movie. Great job!
